Passion Fruit Juice Recipe
  1. To remove the pulp, cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the mixture out.

  2. Transfer the pulp to a food processor and process on low speed till the juice and seeds separate out. It's ok if the seeds break but don't let it grind too much.

  2. Add the strained passion fruit juice to the saucepan and simmer it for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.

  3. Transfer into a sterilized glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator. Use the syrup as needed.

  4. The syrup should stay good in the refrigerator for a month or two.

  5. To prepare, Add 2-3 tablespoons of syrup to a glass and fill the remaining glass with water or soda. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup or liquid.

  6. To add raspberries, press a raspberry to the bottom of the glass and fill the glass with passion fruit juice.
