- 16 Ounce 226g cream cheese
- 1 cup mild white cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 cup cranberries coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios coarsely chopped

Add cream cheese to a bowl and beat well.
